I'm Ben.

I started Super Cool Watches so aimlessly window shopping for watches wasn't seen as a complete waste of time.

I've been interested in watches for over 10 years, and I've been working in web development, internet marketing, and running websites for over 20 years, plus the latest AI tools open up new doors, so what better way to combine these interests than repackaging them into Super-Cool-Watches.com.

The selfie on the left is from when I went up to the British Horological Institute in Newark, Nottinghamshire for a taster day back in March 2019.

It's a great intro to watches; you get to take one apart and try to put it back together, get to speak to the expert staff, and have a look around the museum.

The selfie on the right is from the World Time UK event back in September 2021.

It's a great event hosting loads of mainly British brands, but also other ones too. It's small enough to feel personal so you can chat and try-on watches if you want, but big enough that there's plenty of watches to gawk at.

And here's me chatting to Giles from Schofield Watches at the same event.

Ultimately, this site is simply a ruse to earn money so I can buy a Schofield watch.

I tried one on and it fitted too perfectly, like it was mocking me.

The World Time UK watch event is held on the last weekend of September at the Sofitel in Heathrow, terminal 5, and it's totally FREE so get yourself down there.
